Natrix is a private project and does not belong to a company. There is no VAT identification number, and there is no supervisory authority for it, because the service is free and unregulated.

The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
